AG Developments is lead by Alex & Emma, whose previous years in the industry have highlighted that sustainability, provenance, supporting and respecting local, reduced miles, zero waste, ethically sourced, environmentally friendly, reduced CO2, etc. are a must have in all aspects of life. All the processes and products of AG Developments to date has included these factors right from the start of the project. Our intention is that our builds will adhere to the same principles of lean, clean and green with each project improving on the previous one.

Land acquisition
We are actively seeking land for acquisition, both with and without planning permission. We are committed to working closely with land owners, councils and the community to deliver sustainable homes throughout the county.
